Who Made Me A Princess

Okay, so have you guys heard of Who Made Me a Princess? No? Oh, you are in for a treat, seriously!
Imagine this: you wake up, and BAM! You're not you anymore. You're some tiny, adorable baby. But not just any baby. You're a princess. Sounds cool, right? Well, sorta.
This is Athanasia, our girl. She's born into a fairytale, but it's not all glitter and magic. Nope. Her dad? The terrifying Emperor Claude. Yeah, that Emperor Claude. The one who's famously, like, really cold. And, spoiler alert, in the original story, he… well, he’s not exactly the best dad. In fact, he totally offed Athanasia. Yikes!
So, our girl Athanasia, she’s basically freaking out. She's reincarnated. This is her second life, and she remembers everything from her past life. She knows her fate. She's supposed to die! Can you even imagine? Waking up with that hanging over your head?
Her mission? Survive. And how does a little princess survive an icy emperor dad? By being… cute? And maybe a little bit manipulative? You know, the whole "oh, please don't hurt me, Daddy!" vibe. It’s brilliant, honestly.

She tries everything. Tries to avoid trouble, tries to be good, tries to get him to like her. It's a constant battle. And you just root for her so hard! Like, "Come on, Athanasia, you got this!"
And then there’s Lucas. Oh, Lucas. He’s this super powerful mage, and he’s basically her protector. But he’s also kind of a tease. He’s got this whole mysterious thing going on. Is he good? Is he bad? You're never quite sure, and it’s delicious!
The art, guys. Oh. My. Gosh. The art is absolutely stunning. Like, seriously magazine-worthy. Every panel is a masterpiece. The dresses? The castles? The expressions? Perfection. I could just stare at it for hours. It’s like a beautiful dream, but with more existential dread for the main character.

It’s got all the good stuff: drama, a little bit of romance (eventually, maybe!), family dynamics that are… complicated, and a whole lot of “what is going to happen next?!” You'll be on the edge of your seat, trust me.
Plus, watching Athanasia grow and become stronger is so satisfying. She starts off terrified, and she slowly, slowly, finds her own power. It’s inspiring, you know? Like, even when your life is a total mess, you can still make something of it.
So yeah, if you’re looking for something to get obsessed with, something that’s beautiful and heartbreaking and hilarious all at once, you *have to check out Who Made Me a Princess. You won’t regret it. Probably. (But seriously, you won't.)
