Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest is the continuation of the original manga that ended back in 2017. The manga is a sequel that aims to resolve the cliffhangers from its predecessor. Mangaka Hiro Mashima took a backseat and is acting as the supervisor to Atsuo Ueda, the author of the 100 Year Quest.
